As a Registered Nurse and Midwife, Judith Okech has more than 25 years of experience in both clinical nursing, and disaster-relief project management, in several African countries including Sudan and her native country, Kenya. From this experience, Judith has witnessed the devastating effects that poverty, a lack of education, and limited access to proper healthcare, has on women and children. She has previously worked with Tear-fund, Oxfam, and the UN. She received her education and training in Kenya and the UK. She will serve as the chief strategist, to spearhead project initiations, and create awareness at local hospitals, schools and other public, local and international forums.

Irene serves as the Policy liaison to ensure that healthcare and accounting polices from countries Imbako operates in, are adhered to, by the organization. Irene holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Brenau University, USA and a CPA from Kenya. She has over 7 years of accounting experience in both Kenya and the United States. She is currently pursuing Doctoral studies in Public Health, focusing on Healthcare Policy and Management.
